The bodies of three newborn babies were found on Monday in a garage in Sarthe, France. The bodies were in a further state of decomposition.

 

According to BFM TV, the garage is owned by a couple whose wife recently died of cancer. It was her husband who found the bodies and notified the police.

The three bodies would not date from the same period. This is evident from the first analyses.

The bodies were found in a plastic bag in a locked cabinet in the garage. There were also kitchen knives in the cupboard.

At the moment, there is no more clarity about the circumstances, but a 41-year-old man is said to be questioned.
