Windows 10 Gets Definitive Solution for Printer Problem. With a re-adapted update, Microsoft hopes to solve the problem of crashes during printing.

 

Since the Patch Tuesday updates at the beginning of this month, there is a chance that Windows 10 will crash when using certain network printers.

Last week, Microsoft came up with a temporary solution; for example, it was recommended to remove a specific driver. Now there is a new update, KB5001649, which should fix the problem completely.

The update appeared at the end of last week, but several users indicated that they could not install the update.

Microsoft acknowledged that some users had those problems and has subsequently withdrawn KB5001649. The update has been available again in a modified version since yesterday.
