The Death Toll Due to Coronavirus Rises by 87 in Italy
In Italy, the death toll from infection with the coronavirus has increased by 87. The authorities announced this on Friday.
The total number of deceased patients since Covid-19 started to make victims on February 21 was 33,229.
Mortality rates are higher only in the United States and Great Britain.
The number of Italians who has or has had the virus among its members is now 232,248, an increase of 516.
On Thursday there were almost 600.
More than 46,000 infected people are still listed as sick, but only 475 of them are in a hospital in intensive care.
